Ideal staff and location, I loved it.

Pity, but the beds were very small.

I came here for 1 night and had a very nice stay. Every detail was very good, including location and food, I liked how clean the hotel was.

The staff is polite here, the services are good, and location is unbeatable so close to the centre of town and shops, New Street Station and concert venues and shopping.

We couldn't recommend more this hotel for its staff and food. Thank you very much guys for a nice stay for front facing room.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, yet everything was perfect. The hotel was in the center of Birmingham. The area was shopping next to restaurants and the centre.

Stunning and awesome location near to Gas Hall Exhibition Gallery. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV in the room.

Perfect location and staff, I liked its essentials. The shuttle to the city was a great perk and breakfast was included.

I loved being in this place. Had a really really nice stay while in the room, everything was great. Pleasant staff at the restaurant during English breakfast. The airport was 20 km away from here, lovely location.

We enjoyed our 1 night here. Exceptionally nice staff and a SUPER location. A brilliant place for shopping in Birmingham. The room was good sized double and included climate control, iron and ironing board, and armchairs.

all was impeccably clean, i liked exceptional staff and rooms. i slept so comfy in the great bed. location not far from birmingham city centre, the train, restaurant.

Rooms were extremely spacious and extremely spacious with good beds, breakfast was great. I got free upgrade and loved it. Absolutely fantastic staff were happy to help and took care of me. Lovely design, friendly service in the entire hotel.

Nice looking place to stay while in Birmingham. Service was great and rooms were big. Downstairs bar was busy and spotless. Central location, it was in a quite pleasant area...

Small hotel with patient staff and I loved decent location. Big suite and comfortable enough bed. Breakfast offered lots of options and was worth every penny.

Great location, reasonably spacious rooms, large beds. Staff were happy to help, we had good communication. Set close to restaurants and bars, it was a plus. Close to a railway station, easy access.

Staff was professional and hotel was extremely convenient. Reasonably priced breakfast, efficient service. Took a walk around city center, located just a short walk away from the venue.

The staff were helpful and the setting was incredible. Business district was worth exploring. And it's not too far from downtown. Food was brilliant, we loved it.
